I've got a VoIP phone in IP Office 4.1(12) which works fine when someone outside of the office calls it, or the person calls out to some external number. Both can hear each other just fine.
However, when calling internal ext's or huntgroups, the person on the other end cannot hear the person talking. But the person on the phone in question, can hear the person saying "Hello? Hello?"
Anyway, I've checked the ext., the internal call route, etc. all seems OK there. Rebooted the switch and the server, too.
I'm not sure what to do next to fix this. Thought of replacing the phone or recreating the user's ext.
But I did capture this when it did not work. Not sure if this sheds some insight:
