MY
Guys,

Few of my users are having this situation. When they try to forward or replying email with history, the message "Cannot allocate database object - database exceeds its quota". It is because of database quota set earlier? I have un-do the quota now but the problem still exists. I also tried to re-install the program, but it didn't manage to solve.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Disable the quota. Then, if the user has a local replica, replicate with the server.

Disabling (or setting higher) the quota should work.

pinkjambu,

There are many ways... which are as follows...

1. U have to do One Way Replication with the server.

2. Otherwise u can archive the db...

3. Compact the db...

But the 2nd Option is good...

Regards,
Nanda.

I have tried all three options and still failed to get rid of the email message. There's no quota set for affected databases.

Any alternatives?

Thanks

I have only seen this error with quotas set. Are you checking for quotas using the Administator Client?
