Cannot administer db

I have a access 2000 db that was running fine. I recently upgraded to Access 2003, and can no longer open it. When I try to open it, I get an error message saying I don't have permission to open/run the form. I tried changing the permissions, but I don't have administering abilities although I am logged in as the admin.

Any ideas?

Have you tried opening the the database "open exclusive"? You should be able to set permissions with the database in this mode.

Thanks for the help. The problem turned out to be that the path to the mdw file had changed.
