why when i try to enter the record, it display Cannot add record(s); join key of table "order" not in recordset???

how to solve it???? thanks for answering me

Making certain assumptions, since you didn't provide the information, you probably are using a form that either uses a stored view (query) or the RecordSource itself describes a view of more that one table. Reading the narrative explains that someone has probably modified the table and removed a key field in the 'order' table. Look at the source of the form by viewing the RecordSource property using the builder. The query designer will probably show that a field is missing. You need to modify the query or fix the 'order' table.
