Cannot add new administrators

Hey everyone, we've been testing Metaframe XP recently and I'm trying to add other administrators to Citrix and afterI click OK on the add admin window, it just closes and does not actually add anyone. I've hit refresh, etc, but nothing. Its as if I hit the cancel button (of course, maybe if I hit that it'll work )

We are using a Windows 2000 Server w/Active Directory enabled. Anyone have any ideas?

TRY INSTALLING CITRX MANAGEMENT CONSOLE ON OTHER M/C regards
