Cannot add DN to TN

I am attempting to add a DN to new TN but keep getting SCH0369. The DN is listed on the existing phone, which is a 2210, as MCR but the DN only exists on one TN. I can't out the existing TN because it is active but I need to add the DN to a new TN so they can have a desk phone. Any ideas?
 
check the EXESTING 2210 DN ,wether it is MCR or SCR???,,
if it is SCR, first change that to MCR.. Then you will be able to add this DN as MCR to the new TN...

 
That was the issue. I was trying to add an SCR and it had to match the other phone with MCR. Thank you for the responses
