We had some power outage in our remote school after the power outage the XNet failed and we cannot access the Mitel via the network we have changed the cabel chnage port on the Cisco. It stayed up for 5 minute after the reboot and then it is gone rechecked the programming replace cable with straight through.

have you put a console cable on the front of the 3300 (DB9 maintenance port) and looked at what it is doing in the boot cycle? Are all the blinky alarm lights off? First thing you need to make sure is that its actually coming up

A power failure may have caused a fault on the hard drive that is preventing the system from booting ( will people never learn
UPS! ). Either plug directly in the front of the unit or as EXCentigram suggests use a serial cable to see if the system is even up.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
