Cannot Access System Platform 6.2

Has anyone faced this problem? We are having trouble with 3 customers on System Platform 6.2 . No password is gaining access to System Platform. I ve done some searching and found a similar problem but for version 6.0.3.1.3. Is this a known problem?

Go in to the browser and log on to the CM via IE then Accounts add a new account to test ,, Make a new dadmin account
