Cannot access server farm

I can access to Citrix server running shared desktop through ICA connection
but not able to access the same server running published application through application set connection.
Error meesage is "The Application Set could not be found on the network. It may be off line, your computer may not have the protocol it needs, or your computer may not be connected to the network."
Any idea? Is it firewall permissioning's problem?

Hi,

Have you tried deleting and recreating your Farm icon within Citrix Program Neighborhood?

Are your Citrix servers on a different subnet?

Thanks for your reply. I tried to delete & recreate but still got the same error.
I use VPN connect to Office Citrix server. Inside office, I can access the Citrix server by both published application (server farm) and shared desktop. However, I cannot access server farm at home.

Hi,

What do you have set in your Server Location when creating a new farm?

If you have auto-locate this may be the issue, can you ping your Citrix server(s), if so, place the IP address of one of your servers in there and try again.

Yes, I specified to use TCP/IP but still not work.

But I just found the way to fix it:
First, reconfigure server farm at server
Then, key in both TCP/IP & Netboios address at client
