cannot access remotely

suspect ADS IP got erased why this happens and how to avoid this in future. just fixed the new hard disk 2 days back. at that time all was good even from remote. pl give your ideas
 
What version ?
I suspect that the UW7 has re-installed and not put back the Customer LAN IP Address.
Possible also that the firewall entries are not setup.
Remote access will not work either if the correct subnet and broadcast are not entered.
Check the default route also.
 
dear sbcsu thanks for your reply the version is v3 went back to exchange again and found everything intact ipaddress routes and firewall then pulled out adp and inserted back now the remote people can ping now. why this happens is a mystery.
