Cannot Access Databse(Error 98)

I have Installed Accpac on a client machine running on Pervasive 9.5.The DSN's are going through well but when I run Accpac I get the error: Cannot Access Databse(Error 98.
How do i resolve this.The client is running on windows 7.

Did you give enough permission to the database folders?
