Cannot access BCM50 Callpilot via Element Mgr

I have a BCM50 release 2. Version 2.0.2.0.5E and after connecting with element manager and trying to access the call pilot a cannot and receive the following message:

"ERROR: Error happened. Error detail:class does not exist
(/root/cimv2:BCM_CallPilotSFTPDestination).

Another problem is the phones that are programmed to forward to voicemail on 4 rings actually forward on 11 rings. Users sometimes cannot access their mailboxes.
Any ideas? I rebooted the BCM50 but that was no help.
 
This issue can be caused by Internet Explorer not being registered as the default web browser. If encountering this situation, access Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options. Select the Programs Tab to verify whether Internet Explorer checks to see if it is the default browser

If the setting is unchecked, populate the checkbox and use the Apply Button to update

After applying the update, close all Internet Explorer sessions and Element Manager, then start Element Manager again.

If the CallPilot Manager still fails to launch, reboot the PC that is running Element Manager and Internet Explorer and test again. This should resolve the issue as documented
 
Do you have the current version of EM (60.3)?

Is the BCM fully patched?
