We have Exchange 2003. When someone cancels a meeting and using a meeting room as a resource. It removes the meeting request from the users calendar but the meeting shows up as canceled in the meeting room calendar and doesn't remove it. This causes problems when someone wants to book the meeting room again with that time of the cancelled meeting because the cancelled meeting is still in the meeting room calendar.
Can someone help me resolve this.
