We often get a problem whereby we hit the Build button when we hadn't meant to. I.e. we're daft.
Is there any way we can cancel a build once we've started it - as we would know full well that it isn't going to compile (i.e we hadn't completed code).
Anyone have any thoughts ?

Go to the build menu and choose "Cancel build" (hitting Ctrl-Break is supposed to work also but isn't always). Then the compiler stops and you get the message "Compilation cancelled by user".

Emmanuel

Thanks - this seems to work - may save us some time when we accidentally build knowing full well our code is full of bugs. :)
Like you say the 'Ctrl'-'Break' key combination doesn't seem to work. :(
