SES 5.2
SIP trunks through Cisco CSME to SBC for outbound only.
Trouble:
Call originating on ACM 3.1 to Vz Wrless user. VzW user lets call ring to v/m and it fails with time out and fast busy.
Test call to Vz user who hits red ignore button is successful to v/m. Also, 100% of all other calls to at&t, sprint... cells are successful when left to ring to v/m. VZW IS THE ONLY BRAT IN THE SANDBOX!
TimerB in SES was increased from 32 seconds to 50 seconds with same result.
Are there any other timers I can look at? Alternate Route Timer is not available in ACM 3.1.
Verizon claims I need to adjust a timer, but won't (can't) elaborate. SES traces below showing CANCEL from SES because of lack of SESSION PROGRESS message. And a success with hitting red ignore button on cell phone.

I know SIP to VZW problems are like kicking a dead horse, so have mercy on me. Any ideas would be helpful.
