I installed a Aloha POS in my cafe approx 6 months ago.
There is not much info in way of system manuals, system setup, error recovery etc. I am currently running 5.3.
I have a couple of problems
I cannot get EDC to accept debit cards. The button has no pull down to turn it on.
If my Radiant 1510 powers off the system will not connect for approx 1 hour(recover?)
How do I get reports over a week old.(they do not appear in the report menu only current and last week)
I would like to uprgrade the system and find some systems manuals if possible.
Is there someone that provides support in Canada?
