Does anyone have a Personal Directory PC Utility adapter?

----
The Nortel site describes it as:
Personal Directory PC Utility provides a fast and convenient way to transfer the directory contents from one telephone to another or create the contents of the Personal Directory by entering it into a PC then downloading to the telephone.
----

I know you can use this from M3904 to M3904. Is there a way to transfer it to the new 1140 phone?

Two different implementations.

On M39xx, the Personal Directory is physically stored on the phone.

On IP Phone, the Personal Directory is physically stored on the "signaling server".

You can't transfer from one to the other.

We haven't install the SS (Signaling Server) yet. So I haven't had the opportunity to mess with one.
Can you admin the Personal Directory stored on the SS for each set via admin software/management? Or can the Personal Directory be entered only via the 1140 set?

Thanks
