Can you scroll a form ??? 1

Ok ...... have created a doc with a form for filling in ......... only ...

On my screen, fits nicely, first user to test cant see all the form as screen resolution is lower ...... can a form be "scrolled" or do I have to pyhically shrink it ????

I guess you are talking about a userform. If so set its scrollbars property to 3.
 
That puts the scroll bars onto the form, but the user still can't access the "down" bit of the vertical scroll.

FYI ... my screen res is 1280 * 1024 and hers is 1024 * 768

Its not the perfect solution but try making your scrollheight property very large - say twice the height of your form. You should then be able to scroll down to the bottom of your form just by using the little slider button and without needing to click on the down arrow.
 
taupirho Thanx for that .... it works, but the concensus here is for me to redesign the whole form so everything is smaller and fits in that res !!!! (I did take out a bit but they want that in too !!!!!!
