can you mute handset

I have a request that customer wants to mute their hand set when on 3 way call. The only mute I see is for hands-free. They are using M7208 phones. Can handset be muted?

They do sell handsets with a mute button them. But don't allways trust that the button works all the time. We found out the hard way.

Nope, No t the hand set.Sell them a T7208 and like hawk said
they do make a head set that does,I like the plantronics polaris just plug it in to the base and away you go,No boxes on desk no batts..
