Can you Import individual actual worked hours per day into MS Project 1

Is there a way to import from Excel or an Oracle DB the actual worked days and hours for a Resource? Example: 4hrs on 5/31/11; 6hrs on 6/1/11; 3hrs on 6/6/11?

You can automate the import through VBA code. See Rod Gill's chapter on working with time-phased data at MSDN.

I'm Sorry, but this didn't help.

I don't see where in talks about Importing the data from, say, excel.

My VBA is so-so. I'm use to using it in Access. I'm not sure what event or control I'd be adding the code to.

I don't know what version of Project you are using, but you can alter the database -- I'd look at the Project X SDK for detailed information.

What does Project X SDK stank for? Where do I look for it?
