If you look in nsrxchsv.log file you may find a more
specific error message. Also nsr\applogs\xbsa.messages

There is a bugfix for the fact it is reporting successful, even though it is not (as long as you are on Exchange module 4, it is still under development for 3.1 I believe).

The problem itself is due (almost definitely) to a corruption in the Exchange database. Repair your Exchange database as a first step.

Thanks guys for all your help. I did just what TDun and Legato support suggested which is to Repair Exchange database and it works! but i just dont know what is it that it did not show any errors on exchange logs or windows, too bad...
