Ok, I thought this would be easy, but so far I can't figure out how to make the inbound trunk number display when an incoming call hits my attendant console.. We are using SPOK ( Intelidesk ) for out consoles, and we have a whole bunch of CO trunks that are used for our main number. ( that's a whole 'nother story) I would like to have the trunk number display with the inbound call so the operators might be able to identify a problematic trunk, like low volume, or static. So far, I have not been able to get it to work. Is there a parameter that enables what information is displayed on inbound trunks. Right now I get the trunk group name.Oh yeah, almost forgot, it's an OS 4000 V7..
Thanks for any info!

I know you can get the trunk Group to display. I also know there is a place in the individual trunk configs where you can enter in the TCC-ID, which I think might be a free text field - but not sure if that will show up anywhere or not.

I haven't messed with it since 9006, but there used to be a BADLN reporting key back in the day. You might be able to program one of your repdial keys to do that, and then if a call gets flagged it will show up in HISTA.

Hi,
I normally change the BUEND name to show the PEN
CHA-BUEND:X,"Circuit 1-2-3";

Yeah Don, I looked through WABE and could see no DAR for anything that looked like BAD LINE...That was my 1st thought..I saw the TCC-ID which the designer filled in with the actual circuit ID, but it does not show up on the console when a call is answered.... We had *563 since the 7000, I think the 9006 was the last system to have it... darnit!

SBCSU, I could not put the PEN in place of the trunk group name, as these trunks are on multiple cards.....

There is a function called FLTRACE that gets pretty deep, and you have to dial it with a code, but it's difficult to understand if that will give you a trunk number for a call or not.

To show trunks separately then you would need to break up the trunk group into smaller, individual trunks in each BUEND.

The TCCID is merely a place to put technician info about the trunk.

If it's an analog trk, you can try to config the trk nos on the "CCT" parameter of TACSU. I am using a os 4000 too but my console is an acwin ipv2.

I think you can set the system to show the TDCSU/TACSU CCT name instead of the BUEND name, will see if I can find that.

If a number given in tacsu
CCT
and operator can check the number by pressing the question mark in the console during the call.
