Can you forward a hunt group on no answer to Vmail?? 1

We have a Norstar MICS that has multiple hunt groupd built for different departments. All sets in each group have a mailbox assigned to their extensions. The customer wants a group mailbox assigned to each hunt group for unanswered calls. Is it possible? What about building a virtual ext?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

How do you reach the hunt groups? DIDs, AA transfer or live operator transfer?

Build a mailbox with the hunt group extension and make the hynt group overflow to the VM extension

The lines are assigned to the hunt groups in broadcast mode.

Thank you both for your replies. I told him to build the HG mbx and set overflow to that HG mbx and they said it didn't work. Am I missing something?
