Can you force Caller ID to appear in the FROM address line of Vmail to Email on VM PRO?

IP office running 8.1 with Voicemail PRO. Customer is using Voicemail to Email and wants the caller ID from the person calling to appear in the from address line or even the subject line? Can this be done? I cannot find the solution anywhere.

In the subject field put $CLI ?

Okkie, that only works if you're using the email function within a call flow.

Stephen, you can customize, sorta, what the voicemail to email sends, but it does not stick.

Though, if I remember correctly, the caller ID does show up in the subject, it'll say something like Voicemail Message (JOE BOB > User) FROM: 4805551234

For some reason it is not showing up on this customers at all.
