Can you export data to specified cells in a spreadsheet from a table?

Hi all I have been asked to automate a form designed in excel from data in a table in our database. But the out put info needs to remain editable. I have never done this so any help will be a grate help.

I have never been able to move data from an access table to specific cells if excel, eg.

from the information table i would like to use the f_name and the l_name felids to show in cell "D15 and D16"
and so on down the page.

is this possible?
