Can you email from Access?

Is it possible for me to email from Access? Where should I start?

It all depends on what you are trying to do. The file menu has a 'Send To' option that can e-mail forms.

I'm tryimg to automatically create a temp DB that is then sent as an attachment via email to the main DB program, where all the data is accumulated.

One idea is (have used this myself)

Code up the sending of an email to a pregenerated address - automate the download of the info you need into a csv file, attach to the email with code and send to wherever.

The code you need is not too difficult if you use outlook - check out some of the FAQs, it a bit more of a pain if you use Lotus
