I had exactly same problem before......

now you are in (boot)....

use command
copy tftp flash......
this will only work when your TFTP serveris correctly connected to Eth interface.

Defdault gateway of your PC(TFTP SERVER) is ETH 0 interface of your router.

find yourEth 0 ip address and use that as your pc default gateway.
