Can We Remove "This call is being answered by Avaya IP Office" in Voicemail

Can we possibly remove the Voicemail prompts and the "Your call is being answered by Avaya IP Office"? Our client wants to have their custom made prompts only. Running Release 8.1 with Preferred Edition.

To remove the AVAYA IP Office default greeting of "Your call is being answered by IP Office " modifiy the file \Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\WAVS\enu\43.wav with what you desire the message to say.
Repace "enu" with the locale used e.g. for UK it is "en", for france it is "fr" etc.
