Our new Cisco Call Center 9.0 is set up to our Open Directory setup for authenticating account logins via LDAP. Works great and powers the Cisco corporate directory.
Is it possible for users to look up their contacts on our contact server, Kerio Connect, via LDAP? Or do we have to import their contacts into Call Center?
