Can the "My Documents" folder be redirected to different drive?

Here's the scenario:

I've got a cluster of two terminal servers which are also load balanced. I want users to end up with the same "My Documents" folder everytime they log on nom matter which machine they end up being directed to. Ideally I could have the "My Documents" folder stored on the shared SCSI drive.

Can I do this? What's the best way to set this up?

Storing the "My Documents" on a different server would also be acceptable, although not preferred...

We have our workstations My Docs on the server so we can back them up easier. I just changed the Target in the properties... Thanks,
