I've been searching high and low and can't find anything on it. It's just a regular 2008 with no hands free or display. I thought I had one but for some reason I can't program button 06 & 07. Also how do you remove a CLS for example I want to take away the HFA feature. Thanks ahead.

you can do an easy chg. when at the item prompt you can do for example:
ITEM CLS HFD (handsfree denied HFA=allowed)
you basically have to know the proper pneumonic that goes with the service you are looking to deny (ie if you had AHA in CLS and wanted to get rid of it, you would need to enter AHD= automatic hold denied in the CLS prompt.

well, it is generally either/or , like for mail - message waiting allowed - would be MWA
so you would (in that scenerio) do an easy chg
