Dont know about this, but have seen some suggest that tkbell ought to go.
 
TkBellExe is the event scheduler for Real Player.
Legitimate, but a possible resource problem.
It could be killed off without worry, but shouldn't be a source of any real nuisance.

And it will reload itself next time you use it. It's not a baddy, but can be a resource hog as mentioned...
