Can recieve faxes, but can not send!

So I had my phone guy in here and we configured or fax server to recieve incoming faxes. Now my problem is I can not send from it now. I can see the messages hitting my fax server but they are always coming up busy? Any buddy have any configs or pointers on what to look at in ip office to make sure i have my settings right?

I am by no means a phone guy but understand ip office enough to do this with alittle help.

??? you already used a 9 to get out ?

ya i know, i took off the outgoing bar, and i then re added my fax user rights. then added a 9 to dial out and viola....works!..........go figure?
