Can "Cached Exchange Mode" run with O2K or OXP?

Hi there,

Just wondering for Exch2003 new features of cached exchange mode, is it only works with Outlook 2K3?
Can it works with Outlook 2K or XP?

no it wont work... it will only work if u have exchange 2003 and outlook 2003

In the past, I have setup "Mobile" Outlook features (using Outlook 2000 w/Exchange 2000). Can't remember off hand how (been a while). This allowed a laptop user to read e-mails and reply to them, next time the connected to the network, it would synchronize with the Exchange server. The users perfered the alternate solution, OWA.

Do not run in Cache mode unless you are Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003. I have seen serrors (especially with multiple profiles) when running in cached mode using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2000 (such as "Exchange Server currently running in recovery mode") -mrnewsguy
