Can Protect Data Backup by Application Module

That is my biggest worry about Legato and has requested them several times to include security, but still none is available. The only security available is to set up administrators under the server setup tab. However, that is useless, because with the increasing amout of non-backup administrators having admin right on servers, backups are not secure any more as people could easily change settings.
Legato should include a login system to enter Administrator or User.

Legato will enhance the security implementation in Networker with their 7.x version. There will finally be different levels of administration accounts and possible integration with 3rd party encryption applications. When it comes to password protection of SQL server backups I would try to use password directives.
