can postfix add "comment" areas in address rewriting?

I need to be able to convert an email address that comes in of the form
[tab]user@domain.tld
(with or without <>)

to this form:

[tab] "/field=value/" <user@domain.tld>

Is postfix capable of doing this, and if so, how?

Clarification:

I need to this on an email I receive - ie, slightly alter the "To: "

I am receiving emails that have a bare address for the "To: " field, and I need to change them into the more complicated form for an application to process cleanly.
