Can ping, Cannot be pinged and cannot connect to the internet

Ihave 3 PCs connected through a Cable modem and a router (U.S Robotics Broadband Router) and well... the two pcs running under XP can browse internet and see eachother, but the one under win98SE cant connect to the internet.
From the PC3 (win98SE) i can ping the two other computers and also ping the router and resolve host names, but i cant ping from the Pcs running XP to the one running 98.

I've tried re-installing WIn98SE on the PC3 and also fixing winsock with winsock-fix.
Deleted and re-installed the TCP/IP protocols several times, re-installing the network adapter, realeased and renewed the IP numbers, but nothing changed.. i cant connect to the internet.
I dont mind not having a network connection with the other two pcs, i just want to be able to connect to the internet.

Remove this logical adapter.
You should also remove the bridge on PC2.

and if i remove the bridge on pc2, will i not mess up the network and the internet connection of that pc?

Why are you bridged at all? Why is there not a direct cabled connection to your broadband router?

To remove the PPP adapter, remove whatever dialer created it.

why am i bridged? i have no any idea.. xp itself created all that thing...

ok, i did what you told me to do... now i have internet connection on win98!! but im having a problem viewing web pages, it would show the pages in a weird format, and wont load the images, any recomendation?
also... can you tell me how can i see the others to computers connected to the router from win98?
