Can Pdox7 run on Windows 2000?

I have just set up a new workstation (win2k) and have installed Pdox7. At this point, seems to work fine, but queries produce unexpected results (Sql issues?). So I installed BDE (5.1). Queries work fine, but Aliases no longer work. Tried to re-create aliases, but still can't find data. Data trying to connect to is on a Novell server. This setup has run great on Win98.

Never mind. Turns out that I was copying the IDAPI32.CFG from another system and that was causing a problem. (I've done that many times in the past...) But I started with a fresh file and added aliases to it and it works fine.
