Hi All
Hope someone can point me in the right direction
Situation is this
M2250 is faulty
System is in night
Set up new extension and pointed NIT1 in to this new extension
There are 3 POTS trunks on the system terminated on XFCOT card
All 3 three trunks will call in on the new extension
ACOD is 9 and I can pick up a trunk and dial out
However only 1 trunk is available for outgoing calls
If this trunk is busy the display shows "destination busy"
When the console was working it was possible to pick up all 3 trunks to make outgoing calls
The trunks are route 0 with acod 9 hunting is round robin and all set to IAO
Thanking You
Frank

Hello
No I was'nt familiar will the trace command
Which should I use
TRAC c dn or TRAC c r m

You could use TRAC c dn. Assuming that 9 is the ACOD for the route then that would be
TRAC 0 9

That will show the status of all members of the route.
Then you could use TRAC tn (TRAK tn if it's a small system) to get detailed status of each individual trunk.

Thanks for that
Will try that when I get on site

Doesn't make a lot of sense unless the TGB Key is activated on the console. That is the only way I know of to block outgoing calls on a trunk group from the console. Otherwise it should work as it did before.

The console is disconnected for the moment
I can only access one of the three trunks in the route using a M3820 set
