Can only access 8 Channels on PRI Cards

Hey everyone. I have a customer who is running a 406v2 with 4.2.17 running. We just added a second PRI card to the system and now it is acting like a pri card on a 500 that isn't fully licensed. I can only use 8 channels on either card. all the channels are in service but i still cant access the channels. Any Ideas?

May seem like a silly question but are you sure it is a full PRI from the provider?

That was my first thought. I checked with the providor and they are stating that is is a full pri.

Are both the PRIs carrying the same numbers or different ones.

If they are different, make sure that they are in different line groups

What happens if you try to place more than 8 calls - do yo have a monitor trace with all ISDN checked?
