can not transfer to an externally forwarded extension from the console 1

hello I have a mitel 200 icp in a hotel,I have 3 extensions built that are call forwarded(always) to cell phones,when a call comes in to the console it can not transfer to any of the 3 extensions,but if the call is answered by a cordless phone then it can transfer the call to these extensions,if I just call the extensions from the console,the calls do go through to the cell phones,we just can't transfer a call from the console to any of these extensions--when you go to release at the console it says "can't"

Your system is probably intentionally designed this way to prevent toll fraud.

Most likely the console is prevented via COS from connecting 2 outside lines together.

As this is a Hotel and there is usually large staff turnover for console positions, I would recommend you leave it as is.

this is for the owner and he really wants this to work,I had it working previously and can not remember what I did to make it work,I do have the option turned on to allow 2 co's to connect,do you have any more ideas?
 
Check your interconnect table and make enable the non-extension to CO option in the console COS.

I do have them on the same tenant,I did try putting them in another one but that did not work either,non-extension to co option is enabled for console cos,any more ideas?
 
Sorry,I was over looking what you were telling me to check,I changed the interconnect table and it is working fine,Thank you for your help!!
