can not send to external but to internal?

I Can send and receive internal emails but can not send or receive email from hotmail to internal email account Please Help!!

If you are not using an Edge box you will need to setup a Send Connector in EMC (or shell if you know the cmdlets) you will need to create an "Internet" one and specify * in the address space... My verbage I am sure is not spot on but this will get you to the point where you can send to external entities, be sure to have you MX records and reverse lookup records setup if this is going to be your final solution. Some places will not accept your email if it doesnt have the appropriate verifiable records in place.
