Can not retrieve client resources

This is a new server setup
Legato server on a Win2k server, ver 7.2.
Window Servers backup OK
We have a Novell 6.5 server running the Legato 4.21 client
this server will not backukp. It completes the indexes but fails the job. The Daemon.log says that it can not retrieve client resources.
I can backup and restore from the Novell client.

Any help would be greatfully appreciated

This is a known problem. Obviously the following environment variable is not properly set at the NW server:
NSR_SUPPORT_NETWARE_4X=1

Give it a shot.

Try upgrading the netware client to v4.22
