can not remove old server in exchange manager

hi all, can not remove old exchange server in exchange system manager. My server crashed so I rebuilt new box with different server name, i migrated mailboxes over before the old server crashed.

My users are getting error: "can not update/free busy server" I understand this can be caused by two stores and one not running. This is my case, when i right click on the old server and click delete it just sends a bug report to microsoft?

Is this a know bug though? I was told that soon sp4 would fix this? also looking at sp's I have I am on sp3, but I see some addition rollups, would this help.
