I restarted the CMP unit but nothing changed...

when posting its easier if you set it to "MONO SPACED"
click on the process TGML link in the options, it will tell you how to do that, then your wide prints are spaced properly with no wrazp around and are easier to read

what made you restart cmp and not klp ?

Hi all,
The problem was, all extensions on this lim, could not release the call on DTS...It's as if, the DTS was locked like a Windows PC...But after CMP restart, in 15 minutes durations it was still same.. But after 15 minutes, everythings was ok..
Maybe you're right, CMP is not the correct PU to be restarted but it was actually an urgent problem and i restarted the CMP as i saw lots of errors on this Program Unit after hirei and HIMDP

I forgot to say, sometimes with CMP (and RMP) you need to restart it twice, followed by an SFCEI and leave it for a while.

cmp & rmp are call monitoring units, it cuts off all calls.
if you want to reset digital handsets only restart klp1t (or klp1t1 in bc9)

yep thats true,
however restarting klp, will cut calls on all digital phones

the HIMDP print showed CMP as well as SLP60,
so it depends on how urgent the problem is.

of course if you restart any prog units your advised (even if just for safety) to restart in low traffic conditions

You can release only one phone whith help of SACOS. (only for expert use)

Trie first to blok the equipment pos then remove the phone and initiate again.
