Can someone please help me?

Some basic guidelines to look for:
1. Do you have a MX record registered and setup correctly for your email address? That is, does it point to your public address.
2. Is your router (which is most likely set to connect to to both the internet and your internal network) set to forward all port 25 traffic to your internal domain, in particular to your exchange server?
3. In regards to number 2, if you have a firewall (either on the router or in your DMZ), is it set to allow port 25 traffic coming in and if so also set to foreward all packets to the the Exchange server.

Claudek,
Thank you so much for your reply. I think the number 2 is my problem.

How can I set my router to forward all the traffic for port 25 to my internal domain?

I have a cisco 2500 router.

Thanks,

Oh Shit, I just did something very stupid.

In my active directory server I just went into the Active Directory Sites and Service, theie is two folders one is Sites and the other is Services, and under Services there was a Microsoft Exchange Folder, and guess what I deleted. Please don't ask me why. I have no idea.

What can I do now.

Please HELP.

Thanks.
