Can not pull real time displays

I had to move our network connections this morning from an old network to a new. It seems that two out of 8 PC are able to view the real time displays but the rest can't? All are on the same network, I also tried rebooting one of the PC's I get an error stating:

"unable to retrieve systems information from server"

am I going to have to reboot the Sympsoium server? I have SCCS 5.0.
 
Are they viewing RTD via a web server or classic client?
 
Hi,

if you did change of network, including Ip address, i think that 'dsedit' (start/run) could help you, changing the Ip for the Rtd client part ...

If you problem is other one, could you describe what you mean by 'network' ?

FYI... After I rebooted the server the display came back. And apparently I found that when the Symposium server is rebooted the web server (symposium) also has to be rebooted because I lost the agents names if I didn't reboot,
