can not open the access 2000 data

Please can anyone help me for this situation ?
1.I can not open the access data base (Access 2000 version ) at all
2.the information from access 2000 are as follow :-

The database "H:\pcsdb.mdb"
needs to be repaired or isn't a database file.
You or another user may have unexpectedly quit Microsoft Access while a MicrosoftAccess database was open.
Do you want Microsoft Access to attempt to repair the database?
Yes No


having key “YES” then afterawhile that I get this

pioblem and needs to close. We aie sony foi the
inconvenience.
