Can not open outlook emails that have been saved to documents

Have saved emails received via Outlook to documents many times. Then one day couldn't open the saved files. Keep getting pop up window "open with" have tried several program nothing works including the Outlook msimn one. Any suggestions.

Also, cannot open any attachements received in outlook with out getting the same open with window.

Problem fixed had to re-install Internet Explorer 5.5.
