Every time i try to ip into the unified manager and click on the system admin and mngmt. I get the java window and put in the id and pw and it does shows login "in progress" for a couple minutes and finally shows connection failed , failed to connect to bcm server.. I can direct connect on site obviously and i cant seem to get in remotely and have called us lec to make sure there was no firewalls on, on there side.. any ideas?
